Nephron Pharmaceuticals Corp is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to providing high-quality products and services. We are committed to excellence in everything we do.
Responsibilities:
- To perform in-house calibrations of equipment or monitoring devices affecting product quality in a timely manner.
- Report any Out of Tolerances (OOT) found during the calibration process following internal procedures.
- Repair, troubleshoot or replace equipment, instruments, or parts as needed to perform calibrations.
- Assist with additional work duties or responsibilities as evident or required.
- Calibrate all critical instruments used in drug manufacturing facilities per established calibration test methods in accordance with in-house calibration procedures within scheduled time frames.
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of electronic instrumentation and controls.
Requirements:
- Technical degree in electronics or instrumentation (2 years) and/or equivalent experience as a calibration technician in the Pharmaceutical Industry or a regulated industry.
- ASQ CCT certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of calibration experience.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Experience with CMMS.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage a multitude of resources and to be accurate and current with data and information.
- The ability to create and contribute to an environment that values people, encourages trust, teamwork, and open communication, and provides participation, learning, feedback, and recognition.
- The ability to set clear targets and use performance measures to assess risk and opportunities in order to effectively manage the assets of the business.
