Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehab Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks for rehab projects, including repairs, replacements, and renovations of various systems and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance tasks for rehab projects, including repairs, replacements, and renovations of various systems and components.
  • Conduct inspections and assessments to identify maintenance needs and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's driving standards and personal vehicle use policy.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, internet, and Google Drive.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Rehabilitation and renovation experience.
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Experience with painting, drywall installation, and carpentry.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
