Medical Laboratory Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center. As a Medical Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality laboratory services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.
- Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and effective laboratory services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Sciences or related field, or equivalent in education, experience, and certification.
- MLS: Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP), or equivalent certification (AMT, NCA, or military), or eligible for MLS and obtain within 6 months of hire.
What We Offer:
- Competitive starting wage.
