SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $93,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location.
Job DescriptionAs a Progressive Neuro Trauma Clinical Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift. You will collaborate with other members of the management team to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- You will assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- You will participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Registered Nurse (RN) diploma
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
