About the Role

The Perfectionist Surgical Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring seamless surgical procedures by providing expert support to surgeons. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Surgical Support: Assist surgeons during procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient operative field.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of surgical assistants, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Patient Care: Verify patient identities, discuss surgical procedures with surgeons, and maintain aseptic technique throughout operations.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure availability and proper use of surgical equipment, instruments, and supplies.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: At least two years of relevant experience in a surgical setting.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; BLS certification preferred.
  • Certifications: DAANCE certification and/or dental assistant licensure a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
