Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect total nursing care responsibilities to patients in a critical care setting.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of critical care nursing experience required.
  • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient care goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent direct patient care experience within the last six months of application.
  • Additional specialty certification in critical care nursing (CEN, CTRN, or CFRN) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, autonomous environment and adapt to changing situations.
Work Environment:

This role will work in a dynamic and fast-paced critical care environment, providing care to patients of all ages via ground, rotor wing, and fixed wing transport. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to ensure seamless patient care.
