Job Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant Asset Manager for Apartment Owner at Goldwolf Ventures. The successful candidate will provide executive administrative support, manage expense reports, assist with communications, and provide overall administrative support for asset management activities in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to senior management
  • Manage expense reports and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with communications, including email and phone correspondence
  • Provide administrative support for asset management activities, including data entry and document preparation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors and partners
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Executive administrative assistance and support skills
  • Experience in handling expense reports and financial management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative assistance capabilities, including data entry and document preparation
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of real estate asset management is a plus
