Job Summary:
Provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a culture of safety, transparency, and open communication among colleagues and patients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent required.
- Maine Registered Nurse License or eligibility to obtain.
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
