ABA Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Part-Time ABA Therapist to join our team at New Beginnings ABA Company. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to make a positive impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing center-based services, working one-to-one with clients to teach new skills and alternatives to interfering behavior. Our team uses the principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to deliver tailored interventions that cater to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD
• Develop and implement individually tailored treatment plans
• Collaborate with other specialists and parents to achieve shared goals
• Maintain accurate data and graphs on client progress
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and clinical consultants

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle available at all times
• Clean CORI check
• Clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
