We are seeking a part-time Behavior Therapist to join our team in Southbridge, MA.
Job OverviewNew Beginnings ABA Company is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with our clients and contribute to their growth and development.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary for this position is estimated to be between $19-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid mileage, sick time, and opportunities for professional development.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Work closely with clients and families to implement individualized behavior plans
- Maintain accurate records and data, including incident reports and progress tracking
- Collaborate with other staff members to achieve treatment goals
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a GED or High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle. A CORI check and driving record check are also required.
Candidates with prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder are highly preferred.
