JRI Inc is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Community Based Services division as a Clinical Mental Health Intern. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with children and families who require support and guidance to overcome behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the mission of JRI Inc by providing care and services to families and children in need.
- Work closely with licensed and experienced staff to provide necessary hours and clinical growth towards degree completion.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to care.
Requirements
- Currently working towards a Master's degree or above in the mental health field (psychology or social work).
- Clinical interest in working with children/adolescents is required, with familiarity with trauma-informed models of treatment preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary.
