About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Senior Specialist of HR Employment Compliance to lead projects, develop policies, and recommend technology solutions to mitigate risk and respond to changes in employment regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects, including defining scope, requirements, and timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technical and operational changes.
  • Research employment regulations, document functional and technical requirements, and develop communication strategies to educate associates on employment policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with functional owners to develop solutions that are practical to implement and integrated into store policies, talent management, and business operations.
  • Develop and maintain solutions that are performed through simple, consistent, technology-enabled processes and sustained through shared accountability.
  • Recommend and advocate for system enhancements to mitigate risk and enhance end-user experience.
  • Lead and support testing initiatives for technology implementations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and develop plans to increase efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in human resources and/or management/store operations.
  • Experience managing projects.
  • Knowledge of laws and compliance regulations that govern labor and employment practices.
  • Familiarity with store technology, scheduling tools, store operations, and workforce management systems.
