Job Summary

The Sales Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Store Leadership Team to achieve company goals and initiatives. This individual will model and maintain excellent customer service, utilizing effective communication, product knowledge, and selling techniques to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs with a sense of urgency and prioritizing assistance over other tasks.
  • Greet and acknowledge customers, providing the appropriate level of service and effectively communicating the value and quality of our merchandise.
  • Exercise sound judgment in addressing customer concerns, demonstrating the appropriate level of selling skills to positively impact conversion.
  • Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service at the cashwrap, educating customers on the benefits of our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring all sizes and styles are represented and adhering to company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and display.
  • Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom, adhering to a customer-ready environment and safety requirements.
  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to company standard and guarantee company assets by ensuring adherence to all Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Inform Store Leadership Team of maintenance and facility needs promptly to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and associates.
  • Contribute focused, well-managed efforts towards achievement of store goals and exhibit flexibility by processing stock when necessary.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer engagement and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overnights, evenings, and call-in shifts
  • Ability to maneuver on sales floor and stockroom, climb ladder, lift and carry up to 50 lbs
