Job Description

Hunton Services, a division of The Hunton Group, is seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to assist in the development and execution of technical training programs for our HVAC Technicians. Based in Houston, TX, we provide full-service, turnkey solutions for commercial, institutional, industrial, and process application customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HVAC Instructor in collaborating with Service Managers to define goals and measurable objectives for apprentices entering the team.
  • Develop and administer training courses for both virtual and in-person instructor-led training, as well as external virtual training.
  • Design and implement testing and assessment procedures to evaluate training program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate in the design and development of interactive and multimedia instructional programs using the latest technology.
  • Maintain attendance records using a learning management system (Litmos).
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate Field Trade Training.
  • Participate in projects to improve training and learning by establishing standardized assessments and evaluations.
  • Maintain Apprentice program enrollments through RAPIDS system.
  • Travel and logistic support for training venue setup, materials, and meals for facilitators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning or relevant experience.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to complete complex tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for training facilitation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and content creation software.
  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
