Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to conduct property evaluations for our insurance partners. While experience in insurance loss control is advantageous, it is not mandatory. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in insurance, firefighting, military service, or construction.

As an inspector, you will engage with property owners to document and assess the condition of insured properties, providing critical information to insurance underwriters.

  • Arrange meetings with property owners
  • Capture photographs and assess the property's overall state
  • Communicate effectively through various channels
  • Inspect both commercial and residential properties for potential risks
  • Compile a concise report of your findings and upload images to our service platform
  • Adhere to carrier guidelines and uphold quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity
  • Travel locally to conduct inspections

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Possession of a vehicle, computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection
  • Detail-oriented and inquisitive
  • Proficient in photography and measuring areas accurately
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy, including document handling and email
  • Experience in construction, firefighting, real estate, or military service is a plus, but not essential
  • Applicants must reside within the specified geographic area
