Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in English, encompassing reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.

- Competence in EKG interpretation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication.
- Understanding of the legal aspects of nursing practice.
- Demonstrated critical intervention skills.
Required Experience:
- Current California RN License with proof of ongoing education (30 units every two years).
- Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS).
- Experience in critical intervention skills, preferably in an Emergency Department setting.
- Completion of formal hospital orientation and annual non-violent crisis intervention training.
