- Supervise daily shift operations to ensure seamless and effective service
- Lead and mentor a team of staff, offering direction and assistance as necessary
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Oversee food preparation and handling to guarantee quality and freshness
- Manage cash transactions and uphold precise cash handling protocols
- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and customer service expectations
- Address customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory levels and procure supplies as required
- Comply with all company policies and procedures

- Must be at least 21 years old

- Prior experience in the food service sector is preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of food handling, preparation, and safety standards
- Ability to accurately and efficiently manage cash transactions
- Proficient in basic arithmetic skills for retail calculations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
