Physical Therapist PRN Specialist

At Concentra, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist PRN to join our team. As a Physical Therapist PRN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and helping them achieve their maximum physical potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care services, ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients.
- Perform direct patient care, including evaluations and treatment plans, to help patients recover from injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, adhering to quality assurance policies and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with expertise in modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications.
