Nurse (School/Residential) - Full-Time Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate School Nurse to join our team at RFK Community Alliance in Lancaster, MA. As a School Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our students and staff.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the management of the school-based Medication Administration Program, ensuring compliance with regulations governing prescription medications in public and private schools.
Develop and facilitate health education classes for students, promoting healthy habits and wellness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date student health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Oversee and perform state-mandated programs, including immunization surveillance and screenings (vision and hearing).
Triage injuries, illnesses, or accidents, providing appropriate intervention and care.
Collaborate with staff to develop and implement school health curriculum programs, promoting a culture of health and wellness.
Requirements:
Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing.
Minimum of two years of employment as a Registered Nurse in child health, community health, or other relevant clinical nursing settings.

Competitive salary range: $66,400 - $72,400 per year.
