Job Title: Travel Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Travel Analyst to join our team. As a Travel Analyst, you will play a critical role in coordinating and making travel arrangements for unaccompanied children and escorts in support of reunifications or transfers between government facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and make travel arrangements for unaccompanied children and escorts
  • Evaluate flight travel time for each UC movement and select the most expeditious, efficient, and cost-effective transport
  • Book flights, itineraries, routing, and associated bookings (hotel, rental car, etc.) for both the escort and escorted UC
  • Input transportation requests into the company's scheduling system
  • Identify the correct number and gender of available Transportation Specialists (TS) and confirm TS availability
  • Work closely with the corporate travel contractor to book flights, lodging, and ground transportation

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college (or equivalent experience)
  • At least two years of documented experience in a field related to security, law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn internal company systems (Saturn, Mercury, etc.)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different departments within the company, employees, and clients
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, balance multiple tasks, and work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Clearance and Security Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
  • Favorable credit check for all cleared positions
  • Successfully pass a background investigation, drug screen
  • US Citizenship, Permanent Residency depending on the program
