Application Process:
The Customer Service Representatives will warmly welcome clients, assess their needs, and provide assistance in a professional manner. This role requires effective communication skills while maintaining speed and accuracy.

Employees will engage extensively with customers, vendors, the public, and bank personnel, ensuring professional and courteous interactions that enhance the bank's overall efficiency and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle Deposits, Withdrawals, Check Cashing (for both customers and non-customers), Currency Transactions, Change Orders, Cash Advances, Loan Payments, Cashier's Checks, General Ledger Transactions, and International Currency Exchanges.

Print Statements and process Savings Bonds.

Accurately complete Fraud and Non-Fraud Debit Card Disputes and ATM Disputes.

Utilize the Haberfeld brochure to guide customers in selecting appropriate account types.

Operate and maintain branch capture machines and currency counters.

Familiarity with Silverlake, Vertex, NetTeller, and Passport systems.

Understand the logs and their purposes within the branch.

Knowledge of Regulations:
D, DD, E, CC, OFAC, Privacy, CIP, and BSA.

Understanding of Personal and Business Account Types, Online Banking, Bill Pay, and Mobile Check Deposit.

Know the proper procedures for accessing Safe Deposit Boxes.

Promptly acknowledge customers and engage in meaningful conversations while assisting them, whether in person or over the phone.

Exhibit proper cash handling techniques and maintain an organized workspace.

Adhere to cash drawer limits and maintain a clean desk policy, ensuring customer confidentiality and workstation security.

Recognize when dual control is necessary and execute it appropriately.

Understand the process for managing dormant or escheat accounts.

Verify customer identification accurately.

Review Account and Customer Alert Messages consistently and understand their significance.

Service Excellence:
Commit to delivering exceptional service to all internal and external customers. Actively listen to and address customer needs.

Participate in mandatory training, team meetings, and community engagement activities that align with Glacier Bank's mission and values.


Provide outstanding customer service, demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards all customers and colleagues.

Complete required training within designated timeframes.


Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including the Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act.

Complete assigned online training and achieve satisfactory scores by deadlines.


Represent Glacier Bank with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude and flexibility to meet both bank and customer needs.

Keep workspaces organized and ensure customer privacy.

Maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
