At GardaWorld, we value your compensation. We offer competitive hourly starting rates tailored to each market.

Compensation: $15 / Hour

Shifts Available:
1. 5am to 2pm, Monday through Friday
2. 4pm to 12am, Saturday and Sunday
3. 4pm to 12am, Monday through Friday
4. 6am to 2pm, Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as your primary focus.
  • Monitor and assess the environment, providing detailed reports on activities at your assigned location.
  • Respond swiftly to critical situations.
  • Prepare and write comprehensive reports.
  • Understand and enforce customer protocols, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Ability to successfully complete a thorough screening process.
  • Experience in security, military, or law enforcement is a plus.
