Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject matter expert on WCAG guidelines and stay up-to-date on the latest developments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital accessibility is integrated into all aspects of our business
  • Develop and implement accessibility strategies to meet business objectives
  • Provide expert feedback on accessibility to design, development, and testing teams
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of accessibility policies and procedures
  • Participate in testing and evaluating digital accessibility software
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in front-end development, native mobile development, and digital accessibility
  • Experience with WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 A and AA guidelines, Section 508, and other accessibility standards
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to learn and teach others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Citigroup Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $103,000 to $155,880 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.
