  • Provide clerical support as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient office operations.
  • Supervise students during all school functions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Process and maintain confidential student records and information, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
  • Assist with student testing and supervision of testing environments, ensuring a fair and accurate assessment of student knowledge and skills.
  • Schedule or organize meetings as directed by teachers or supervisors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Special Education Instructional Aide (IA) - Minimum of two-years of post-secondary education (48 college credits)
  • Regular/General Instructional Aide (IA) - High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Prior public-school experience and/or working with school-aged children in a licensed, certified, or registered provider setting - preferred
Credentials
  • PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
  • PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
  • PA Department of Education FBI - Use code 1KG6XN
  • TB Screening - current within 3 months
  • Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
