- Provide clerical support as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient office operations.
- Supervise students during all school functions, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Process and maintain confidential student records and information, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
- Assist with student testing and supervision of testing environments, ensuring a fair and accurate assessment of student knowledge and skills.
- Schedule or organize meetings as directed by teachers or supervisors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Special Education Instructional Aide (IA) - Minimum of two-years of post-secondary education (48 college credits)
- Regular/General Instructional Aide (IA) - High School Diploma or equivalency
- Prior public-school experience and/or working with school-aged children in a licensed, certified, or registered provider setting - preferred
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI - Use code 1KG6XN
- TB Screening - current within 3 months
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- 3 days of paid time off (prorated based on start date)
