Avera St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist II to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for operating specialized equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic interpretation.
Key Responsibilities- Operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Identify patients using dual identification and confirm proper exams
- Perform routine and special procedures as delegated by management
- Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school
- Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- 1 or more additional radiology certifications beyond ARRT registration and certification (preferably CT)
- BLS certification completed within 6 months of start date
- Competitive hourly rate: $41.50 per hour
- Night shift differential
- Occasional holiday coverage
- Student Loan Repayment Program
- Relocation bonus package (up to $30,000)
