About the Role:

Avera is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing radiological procedures as directed.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiological procedures as directed
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development and possess the ability to respond to specific issues and data reflective of the patient/customer's status
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served in the department, from birth through geriatric population

Requirements:

  • Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA-approved school and meets the requirements for registry by the ARRT
  • Preferred Education of Associates Degree
  • Required License/Certification/Registration: Must be certified by and maintain current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • BLS completed within 6 months of start date is required and must be maintained

Work Schedule:

  • Weekend coverage; PRN
  • 10-hour shifts
  • Day/Evening/Night Shifts with occasional call
