About the Job

As a Pediatric Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality care to children in their homes, schools, and communities. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, and gastrostomy tubes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current RN or LPN license in the state of Kansas
  • Experience working with pediatric patients with complex medical conditions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
