Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Golden Corral. The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting meat to high standards, ensuring quality and quantity of product, and contributing to a positive guest experience.

• Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards.
• Follow the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Rotate cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness.
• Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.

• Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and any other meat to eliminate cross-contamination.
• Recognize and address any issues with meat quality, such as stickiness, slickness, or unpleasant odors.
• Clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Follow local health department laws and regulations.

• Use administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and determine production levels.
• Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
• Perform opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Properly maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
• Perform duty roster tasks.
