The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is actively seeking a Cashier and Receptionist to contribute to our operations at Hyundai of Carmel. In this position, you will be integral in delivering outstanding customer service.

As a Cashier and Receptionist, your primary duties will include managing customer transactions, processing payments, and ensuring the precision of all financial dealings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong focus on customer satisfaction and meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer payments utilizing the dealership's computer system
  • Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with care
  • Issue receipts to customers and prepare end-of-shift financial summaries
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cashier experience is preferred; automotive experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
