Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are proficient in their roles and responsibilities.
  • Performance Management: Address performance issues and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Operational Support: Step in to cover various roles within the warehouse as needed, including material supply, cycle counting, shipping, and receiving.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Inventory Control: Assist in inventory control and management, including stock counts and reconciliation.
  • Adaptability: Perform all other related duties as assigned by management and be able to work overtime as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products and experience with SAP (Warehouse Management) or similar software.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Shipping or Logistics Experience: 3+ years of experience in shipping or logistics, preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • SAP Experience: 3+ years of experience with SAP (Warehouse Management) or similar software.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
