Job Description:
This role involves handling incoming calls from patients regarding billing and other related matters. You'll need to possess strong communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Call Center Professional, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients via phone.
- Responding to patient inquiries regarding billing and other related matters.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with patients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance is a plus.
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
