What You'll Do:
  • Provide assistance and strategies to help individuals live well in their community and environment.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve, understanding their unique needs and goals.
  • Work alongside a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Take initiative to help participants engage in their favorite activities and become part of the community.
  • Support participants with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and adaptability skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible individual with a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
