As we prepare to expand our presence, we are seeking a skilled Bartender who possesses extensive knowledge of craft cocktails and excels in providing exceptional customer service. The Bartender will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our guests, managing drink orders for both the bar and dining area, overseeing cash handling, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring a safe environment by addressing any issues with patrons promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and liquor storage in compliance with health regulations.
  • Accurately manage cash transactions throughout the shift and resolve any discrepancies in the cash drawer.
  • Prepare all beverages according to established serving sizes to optimize drink costs.
  • Establish an efficient workflow that keeps guests satisfied at the bar and in the dining area.
  • Assist in training new staff members and foster an environment of continuous learning to uphold brand standards.
  • Stay informed about new bar offerings and cocktail trends.
  • Facilitate effective communication between bar staff and dining room personnel regarding menu updates and inventory changes.
  • Ensure that all products used align with specifications set by the Beverage Director.
  • Oversee the preparation of all items by bar prep staff.
  • Complete opening and closing tasks to established standards.
  • Build relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits.
Qualifications
  • Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs.
  • Experience in a high-volume bar environment, preferably in a fine dining context.
