Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seafood Clerk to join our team at The Golub Corporation. As a Seafood Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring the accuracy of customer special orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, friendly, and helpful service to all customers
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation, adhering to 5S standards
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of Seafood department products
  • Perform sanitation duties within the Seafood department, including cleaning dishes, food cases, and floor
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer courtesy and service
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of customer special orders
  • Operate various seafood department equipment, including product weight scales, ovens, and cleaning utensils
  • Responsible to learn and become proficient at setting ice display to corporate standards
  • Perform suggestive selling, sampling, and PA announcements to promote sales
  • Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures
