Job Summary

Anthony s Villa is seeking a skilled Therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, or groups. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting mental health and emotional well-being by implementing evidence-based counseling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address mental health, emotional, and behavioral issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop tailored interventions.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote positive change and achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to organizational policies and ethical standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay informed of current best practices and continuing education to enhance therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Active and valid licensure in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Prefer 1+ year of experience in a counseling or therapeutic role; however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) for documentation purposes.

Work Environment:

  • Work is performed in a typical clinical environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods, communicate with clients effectively, and conduct therapy sessions both in-person and via telehealth, if applicable.
