Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bossier City, LA. As an Occupational Therapist with VitalCaring, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing personalized care and support to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess patients to determine their care needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver high-quality skilled care and supervise the care of other team members
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document care delivery and patient progress in our electronic medical record system
  • Contribute to a culture of caring and teamwork, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapist License and valid state driver's license
  • One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care, rehabilitation, or home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional quality care
