Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Pediatric Neurology Director to lead our clinical team and provide administrative medical leadership within a Cortica Area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric neurology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative medical leadership within a Cortica Area, including direct management and supervision of physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Provide medical care to patients with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical team at Area clinics.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and oversee ongoing training and performance for new physicians and other medical practitioners.
- Partner with Area Directors and other area administrative leaders to achieve clinical and operational excellence.
- Lead, inspire, and motivate area medical team and broader clinical/operational team to align and execute on Cortica's mission.
- Participate in business development, program leadership, community outreach, and payer relations in collaboration with Cortica leadership.
- Completed Medical School from an Accredited University.
- Completed a Residency or Fellowship in Child Neurology.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Child Neurology, Neurodevelopmental Disabilities, or other related specialty.
- Unrestricted medical license in the corresponding states (Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina).
- Previous experience in a clinical leadership position preferred.
Cortica offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $240,695 to $312,904, depending on experience and qualifications.
