Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.

Extensive knowledge of agile and waterfall project management methodologies (minimum of 7 years).

Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

Experience with the RFP process (minimum of 5 years).

Proficiency in Planview Enterprise 1 or similar Portfolio and Project Management tools (minimum of 7 years).

Experience with Azure DevOps or other Agile Project Management tools (minimum of 7 years).

Certification as a Project Manager by PMI or VITA PM certification is mandatory.

Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems is highly desirable (minimum of 5 years).

Prior experience as a Project Manager within Executive Branch Agencies is preferred (minimum of 5 years).
