As a Behavioral Therapist, you will deliver therapy grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism and related developmental challenges in a home, clinic, and educational environment.

Your role will involve implementing behavior modification strategies through one-on-one sessions, utilizing electronic data collection, assisting in parent training, and collaborating with fellow team members to provide invaluable services to our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
  • Execute individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs
  • Gather data to assess the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Assist the BCBA in training families on implementing treatment strategies
  • Engage in team meetings and training workshops.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
  • Adhere to the policies and procedures of STEPS, LLC

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of experience working with children facing behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible, full- and part-time schedules
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered Behavior Technician Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a Behavioral Science or related discipline
  • At least one year of clinical experience with pediatric populations
  • Experience in ABA methodologies
