Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Cynet Health. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. Your expertise will be utilized to manage contingencies, make appropriate assignments, and delegate duties to other care providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care.
  • Addressing complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
  • Administering medications and treatments, monitoring side effects and effectiveness.
  • Documenting patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given.
  • Assessing learning needs and providing education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
  • Developing and modifying specific plans of care using evidence-based practice.
  • Implementing patient care and therapeutic procedures, and monitoring treatment progression.
  • Anticipating and planning admission/discharge/transfer needs to facilitate patient flow.
  • Communicating patient information effectively across the continuum of care.
  • Ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
  • Incorporating patient safety practices and promoting a safe environment.
  • Engaging in nursing research and quality improvement activities.
  • Educating and training others on operations, ethics, and regulations within the industry.
