Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of incoming Flight Hardware and Raw materials for our inventory.
  • Utilize the DELTEK Costpoint management system for effective inventory control.
  • Oversee the processing of subcontract materials and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with Production Control Planners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Transport materials between the Inventory Management Warehouse and Production Floor using appropriate equipment.
  • Conduct daily cycle count audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address various challenges.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed, which may include packaging and shipping duties.

Basic Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a High School Diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing commercial and non-commercial materials related to government systems logistics.

Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in inventory management and cycle counting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift objects weighing up to 35-45 pounds.

All candidates must be U.S. Citizens and must hold and maintain a Final Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Software Suite.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with DELTEK Costpoint.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, including Hazmat and Shipping/Receiving experience.
  • Background in the defense sector.
  • Experience managing Shelf-Life materials.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is approximately $33 to $59,925. This range serves as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation.
