As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating recruitment efforts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the lobby area for the day, including unlocking main entrance doors, organizing reading material, and managing the visitor register and badges.
  • Answer the main telephone line, connect callers to the correct extension or department, and page as necessary.
  • Greet visitors, ensure they sign in, present a badge, and inform employees of their visitor.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and courier packages to staff, and arrange for packages/letters to be sent to the appropriate destinations.
  • Assist with payroll administration, including folding paystubs, handing out paystubs/checks, and timecards.
  • Coordinate the ordering and distribution of uniforms and the plant shoe program.
  • Update attendance reports and occurrence systems, calculate labor transfers, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a bilingual translator is preferred.
  • Must pass a 10-panel drug test.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-driven, and a team player.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
