Compliance Program Developer

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Accreditation Manager to join our team at Red River Science & Technology. As an Accreditation Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs for the organization.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor business activities for compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Evaluate operating manuals and procedural documents to ensure they stay current when regulations change.
- Respond to inquiries from regulatory agencies and complete required compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Document all courseware development and program development upon request.
**Requirements**
- A bachelor's degree is required; related experience is preferred.
- 2-4 years of related experience is recommended.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- The ability to speak, write, read, and understand English is required.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to adjust to new or changing instructions are necessary.
- Multitasking and completing assignments accurately and on time are essential.
- A valid driver's license without special restrictions is required.
**Security Requirements**
- A Secret Security Clearance is required.
- US citizenship is mandatory.
**Estimated Salary**: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
