Job Title: Beverage Operations Supervisor
Department: Beverage

Employment Type: Part-Time

Job Summary:
The Beverage Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff during events, ensuring smooth operations at bars, and conducting audits and closeouts throughout the event. This role requires constant monitoring of bars, barbacks, and bartenders, as well as assisting with order fulfillment during busy periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and check on staffing levels
  • Ensure bars are adequately stocked
  • Prepare for event readiness prior to opening
  • Conduct audits during events
  • Perform closeout procedures at the end of each event
  • Verify that bars are secured and cleaned after service
Qualifications:
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on quality and consistency
