Job Description

This is an opportunity to work as a Personal Care Coordinator, providing one-on-one assistance to seniors, disabled individuals, and accident or surgery recovering patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our goal is to help clients remain safe, independent, and happy.

Responsibilities

Caring Companionship and Conversation: Engage clients in conversation, play games, and watch movies together to combat loneliness and isolation.
Incidental Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments, errands, and social events, using reliable transportation methods.
Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping, bill payments, and other daily tasks to maintain their independence.
In Home Services: Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders to ensure a comfortable living environment.
Dementia and Alzheimer's Care: Provide specialized care for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, promoting their well-being and safety.
ALS and Parkinson's Care: Offer tailored support for clients with ALS or Parkinson's disease, helping them maintain their independence.
