About the Role

This position offers an estimated salary of $63,000 - $83,000 per year, depending on experience. We're looking for someone who is passionate about working with older adults and has experience in social services, gerontology, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have a Masters or BA Degree, with a concentration in Social Work, Gerontology, or other related fields. They will also have Resident Services Coordinator Certification or be willing to attain it within the first year of employment.

We're looking for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and has general computer literacy with Microsoft Office products and database software. Experience working with older adults and knowledge of Housing and Health Care Integration Initiatives are also highly desirable.
