Key Responsibilities

We are in search of a proficient IT professional who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for fine wine and spirits. In this role, you will be responsible for:

· Leading the development and execution of IT initiatives, including the integration and management of the HubSpot CRM platform.

· Supervising various network and communication systems essential for business operations, ensuring they function effectively and efficiently, including our point of sale system, website, and CRM.

· Safeguarding system security, providing technology support, and ensuring timely updates are performed.

· Managing Pogo's website, which includes content uploads, routine updates, and addressing other technical requirements.

· Demonstrating essential soft skills such as problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork.

· Showcasing strong leadership and organizational capabilities.

· Having a genuine interest in learning about fine wine and spirits is essential.

Essential Qualifications

· Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

  • Proven experience in website development and CRM integration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of network and server management.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

· Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
