We are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Planner to join our team in Stamford, Connecticut. As a key member of our factory technical team, you will be responsible for leading the maintenance planning activities to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the maintenance planning process to plan, coordinate, and execute all necessary resources needed to support the asset reliability maintenance program.
- Support the factory technical and operations teams to optimize and update the Reliability Centered Maintenance Plans for all machine centers, ensuring machine reliability targets are met using SAP Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Provide planning and execution support as it directly relates to asset reliability for maintenance or project-related downtime events.
- Lead the Plan Do Check Act (PDCA) meetings at the factory, requesting inputs from factory technical teams to ensure the planning of work orders is adequate.
- Manage the Annual Zero-Based Maintenance budgeting process for the factory, including the routine and non-routine factory maintenance capex submission process.
- Support the factory Technical Competency building program by maintaining the database of training material provided by the Asset Reliability Team.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance planning or project management.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical parts manuals, catalogues, SOPs.
- Maintenance and technical lead experience within high-speed packaging, ideally beverage, food, or other clean manufacturing.
- Advanced hands-on working knowledge of AMM/CMMS systems (SAP required).
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS).
