Medical Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at All Medical Personnel. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring timely and efficient care
Answer telephones and direct calls to the appropriate staff members
Greet visitors, assess their purpose, and direct them to the correct staff
Compile and maintain accurate medical charts, reports, and correspondence
Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems to streamline patient data
Collect co-pays and ensure accurate billing
Demonstrate a problem-solving mentality to prioritize tasks and address patient issues
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff
Requirements:
At least 6 months of recent Medical Assistant experience
Front/Back office experience
Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate (if required by the state)
Active BLS/CPR Card
Strong phlebotomy skills
Ability to work in a smoke-free/tobacco-free environment
