**Key Responsibilities:**

• Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory in a timely and accurate manner

• Inspect products for defects and damages, and report any issues to the warehouse supervisor

• Operate a forklift to move and stage inventory, ensuring proper storage and organization

• Pick, pack, and prepare inventory for shipping and installation, meeting customer deadlines and quality standards

• Assist in the inventory control process, including cycle counts, tagging, and labeling, to ensure accurate inventory levels

• Receive, store, and expedite returns of damaged or scrap inventory, following company procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and company standards

• Assist in the removal of inventory from and cleaning of company vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition

• Deliver or pick up inventory to/from other warehouses, project sites, or vendors, using company vehicles

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory levels, shipments, and customer interactions

• Train and direct warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their individual responsibilities

• Collaborate with warehouse and operations supervisors to achieve operational objectives and improve processes

• Participate in performance reviews and identify areas for improvement or disciplinary action, as needed

• Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment

**Requirements:**

• 1-2 years of warehouse experience, with a focus on shipping and receiving, inventory control, and logistics

• Forklift certification, preferred

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle

• Ability to pass a drug test and extensive background check
